This beautifully decorated condo comfortably accommodates 8 people and has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed and 1 bunk-bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. A washer & dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. All linens are supplied as well as a fully stocked kitchen with cookware & dinner service as well as many accessories. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and brand new appliances, including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The total unit is air conditioned. Beach House Amenities include over 600 feet of beach frontage (more than 2 football fields wide!), 2 pools—large oversized pool (heated seasonally) and kiddie pool, 2 lighted tennis & pickleball courts, workout room, shuffleboard, snack room, large gazebo with a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, large clubhouse with game tables and flat screen 50” TV, Outdoor grills- gas grills in a fire safe area, complimentary WiFi and 1 free parking space. Access hiking/biking trail directly across the street from entry for a cruise along shoreline for miles!
And if you have an adventuresome side, you can go snorkeling, parasail, kayak or rent a jet ski just steps away. How about a surf lesson or a YOLO board lesson? Again, just a few steps away. Walk across the street and you have a biking/hiking trail that goes for miles along the shoreline!

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days before arrival date. Deposits will be retained for all cancellations within the 60 day period. Guests may receive a full refund if the vacation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
$250.00 Reservation deposit will be due at the time of booking.
$250.00 Refundable damage deposit required on all reservations. Refunds will be returned within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damage to the unit. If there is damage to the unit, or missing articles, it will be deducted from deposit.

This unit was amazingly clean, updated, with comfortable beds. Kitchen and Bath well stocked. Clear instructions on use of the condo. Love the complex grounds, and amazing pool. Perfect stay!

Yes, our condo is located directly ON the beach, with no streets to cross. You'll be able to walk directly from your front door to the beach in just moments. There are 3 private boardwalk, beach accesses, located on the property to accommodate all guests.
Daily beach service is provided to all rentals that are between March 1st and October 31st. Beach service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up complimentary by the beach attendant.
