This Beautiful home is well situated, close to all major attractions and amenities, and only minutes from Disney! Enjoy the day at the park & come home for a 'cooling off' in our beautiful heated pool. The entertainment center in the living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VCR. Enjoy all of your meals in the fully equipped eat in kitchen and elegant dining room. Two master bedrooms, one with an elegant king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The third and forth bedrooms have two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs to keep everyone happy. Fun filled Game Room with Pool table, Ping Pong, Foosball.. and more. Other amenities include Washer, Dryer, Ironing board & Iron. Crib & Highchair are available for use as well. All towels and linens are included and all local & long distance (in US) phone calls are free. We even have toys for the children This House Has It All !!
For the elderly one of the bathrooms in the house has toilet safety bars that can easily be attached to the toilet. We also have a shower chair available.
PRIVATE POOL: Our villa has a private pool with the added advantage of a privacy fence for secluded swimming. Ideal for families who need a completely private pool (fenced on all sides with no 2 level homes overlooking it). There is also a covered lanai and comfortable pool furniture.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: An excellent location, this villa is a 10 to 15 minute drive to the magic of the Disney attractions. It is also only 1 mile off of RT192 where you will find restaurants and many of Orlando's smaller attractions (Old Town, Helicopter Rides, Indoor Flee Market's, Super Wal-Mart, Air boating, Miniature Golf, restaurants...).

The home was comfortable for our big group. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookie sheets, and bowls. We were able to make our Christmas brunch! The game room was fun for the teens. The location wasn't too far from the parks. It was a great rental and we would do it again!

i will tell anyone that this is the place to stay in Florida. the house is amazing with everything you will need and want. we had a great time because this house is well stocked and is very clean. just a short drive to Disney parks,universal studios,and other parks close by. weather is great in February with the heated pool our trip was outstanding. looking forward to vacationing at this house in the future.

This villa has been an awesome getaway for our first family vacation! We had a great time in pool and hot tub! Loved the pool table in the evening and the house had everything we needed to be completely comfortable, including lots of dishware, an ice maker and laundry facilitiesGolf was nearby, went on a pontoon boat ride in Tampa Bay, Magic Kingdom, Gatorland.Thank you Mark and Lisa Allen for being incredible hosts!!

Lorna G.Great Villa for my needs
I volunteer each year at GKTW in Kissimmee so Mark's villa for perfect for my needs. Used 3 of the 4 bedrooms with guests so we all had bathrooms as well - important for our early starts! A few things cropped up but were dealt with quickly. Needed extra bowls, cutlery and bowls, oh and and airer. Dishwasher did break down but again got that sorted too. Thank you Mark
