A stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 3 Bathroom villa with a fantastic private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is spaciously arranged over two levels, making it ideal for one or two families The sitting room has large comfortable sofas, and a large screen TV.
Free local calls, free high speed internet access & free air con throughout the whole villa.
The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc. There are two separate eating areas (great if you want to keep the kids at their own table). There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier ---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both the third and fourth bedrooms have a double sized bed. Uniquely the fifth bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have pillows, linen and duvets provided.
There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, all with shower/basin and WC, and one of the bathrooms has a large bathtub also.
Outside we have a private pool with an extended pool deck and with chairs and sun loungers for your use. The pool faces west, catches the sun from mid morn until sunset, and is secluded at the rear. Pool heat is available if required at $26 per night.
As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing, tennis, basketball court, both indoor and outdoor gym, clubhouse, children’s splash pool, and running trail.

A big thank you to thank you to Stephen for all the help and support he offered me from start to finishing when booking the villa. I needed some reassurance and confidence when booking a villa and he gave me that. The villa was excellent and just what we needed, we all had a lovely time there making use of the pool and amenities, the maintenance were of great help when calling them up for a few issues they were on it very quickly. We loved Lake Berkley and as we were already familiar with the area it suited us greatly and is ideal for those wanting to visit the parks but wanting to explore other areas too. I would certainly recommend Stephen at VIP Villas service and the villa we stayed in, 5 bedroom two floor on Lake Berkley.

David B.Quiet homely villa in a great location
The villa is in a great location, in a good position to access WDW and Universal, but in a secluded gated community, which means it quiet in the evenings. It really feels like home, not impersonal like so many villas in Florida. It’s very well-equipped and was spotless when we arrived. There were enough pans for us to cook for our party of 8. U192 is within easy reach, along with a selection of local supermarkets, eateries and takeaways that are just minutes away. There are ample bathrooms and a great laundry. The games room has a number of different options as well as equipment for outdoor recreation. The TV programme options are also good, and include premiership football (soccer). The pool area at the back felt very private – you just overlook a small lake, with woodland beyond that, so you don’t feel crowded in. All in all, a lovely location that felt more like home. We’ll be back!

We have just had a brilliant 3 week holiday in this house. It was lovely and cool, spacious and well-equipped. The pool was great and we really appreciated it after a hot day visiting parks or sightseeing. Lake Berkley is quiet and safe and the 24 hour manned security gate is a reassuring service. Disney and Universal parks are close by and easy to access and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A huge Walmart is less than 5 minutes away. This is our 3rd holiday property booked through Stephen and Johanna and I highly recommend them.

The house and pool were great with temperatures being so hot. The house supported our families with lots of space to spread out and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The location was good for Disney, however a little far for Universal with traffic doubling time to park on some visits. We will visit again if available.

My entire family was impressed with my choice in rental home. This well appointed rental had comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. The kids were torn between the game room and the pool and the adults enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the parks. We will certainly be in contact for our next Orlando vacation.

Johann Kristjan E.Wonderful house for a big family
Located in a very nice gated community. The house was very nice and clean. All beds were good to sleep in. The pool was big and our kids loved spending the afternoons splashing in the sun. We had sun in the pool until around 18:00 even though it was february but no building or tree made an shadow over the pool area, which was very nice. Highly recommend.
