Unit is extremely well kept and includes all essentials. View is awesome. TV included Netflix NFL channel. We rent monthly here and find the owner to be an exceptional host. Tennis facility is top notch with player list available for all levels of play and a well equipped workout center. Membership may require addition fee.

This property is located in Miramar Beach which is just a short drive from Destin. This allows you to be in the Hustle & Bustle of Destin when you want it and leave it in your rear view mirror when ready. The Penthouse was very quiet, clean and has every amenity you could need for a week long stay or longer. The owner of the property was very accommodating and made sure our vacation was 5 Star all the way. This was our first trip to this part of Florida and normally we never visit the same place twice but we have decided to rent this Penthouse every year, as long as it's available, for one of our annual family vacations.
