There are no streets between our patio, the putting green, the pool, shuffle board courts, and beach. We often enjoy sitting on the patio watching the blue herons under the banyan tree.
This tropical paradise is ideally located close (biking distance) to the charming main-street community of historic Venice Island, home to quaint restaurants and cafes and unique shops.
Take a walk along the miles of sandy, picturesque, uncrowded beach. Sunbathe, swim, or fish in the surf.
Enjoy golfing at the public golf courses located within the Venice area. At nearby Fisherman's Wharf, you can rent a jet ski or boat, go parasailing or water-skiing, rent scuba & snorkel gear, or go out on a deep-sea fishing charter. You can fish along the 750-foot public fishing pier or play tennis at the municipal courts located next to the downtown area.

We stayed in Hans and Amy’s unit in Aldea Mar, Venice Beach, FL for the months of February and March, 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were spices in the pantry. We were able to pick our own 6-digit door code so it was easy for us to remember. The private beach was nearby and the pool was heated. Close to downtown Venice with great restaurants. Loved it!

Amy's house was really great! It is newly refurbished and a very good place for the four of us. The kitchen is so well equipped with a big fridge, so we could cook or go to dine at one of the numerous good restaurants. Passing the big and well maintained pool it is only a few steps to a wonderful beach and sea. We could watch sunset swimming in the sea ... so great! Amy was there at our arrival and kindly explained us everything. As she is an uncomplicated friendly person, we could contact her at any time for further questions. Outside the house we enjoyed the lovely and with big trees very green garden.

Amazing location between Sharkys and the Jetty and historic downtown Venice. Huge heated pool is just steps from the door. And the gulf just a few more steps. A short walk to watch the sunsets and watch dolphins swim by. Home has everything, beach chairs, 2 bikes, beach towels, umbrella. Owners are friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back!

This condo was clean and comfortable. The best part about it was the location! Just a short stroll to the over sized pool or Gulf beach or easy bike ride into downtown Venice. We also enjoyed coffee or cocktails on the small courtyard patio. This hidden gem gets a 5 star rating, even though the condo could use some interior updating. We’d love to come back again!

This home was located close to historic downtown Venice. It was easy to get around. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening. Weather was great and the pool was very nice to use. It was used often because of the red tide. So it did not make the beach wonderful. Not anyone's fault. Just mother nature

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo of Amy and Hans in Venice Beach, FL. Amy was great to communicate with. She was very responsive to my questions and requests despite the time difference. The condo was well equipped for our stay. They even had 2 bikes we used to ride to the quaint shops and restaurants in downtown Venice. The condo was situated in the complex very close to the beach and pool. The grounds were beautiful with magnificent banyan trees and lovely landscaping. The area of beachfront in front of the condos was a great walkable beach and very quiet, private and clean. The pool had limited hours due to Covid restrictions but when it was open we enjoyed it.

This condo has a great location. The pool and ocean are steps away. It is a fun walk to town and the wharf. We even walk to the grocery store and farmer’s market. We have stayed here for two years and will be returning next year. The condo is comfortable and has had some renovation. The kitchen is all new and very nice. The bathrooms also been updated. Furniture is comfortable. Many nights, after a day at the beach, we enjoy relaxing on the patio with a drink. Amy, the owner, has been very responsive to any issues that have arisen.
