Wake to the ocean each morning with view from oceanfront windows. The large main bedroom suite includes a large walk-in closet, accessory closet, and large bathroom, with private toilet area, bathtub, and large walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is on the other side of the large condo, so great separation from kids or guests. The second bathroom opens to the main hallway. It has a large walk-in shower. Additional "powder" room in the main hall.
We provide all linens and towels, and everything is always clean, in great condition, all natural fibers, washed only with non-toxic cleaners, no dyes or additives. The laundry is off the main hallway. Full size stacked washer and dryer. Our housekeeper will wash all bedding between rentals, include bedspreads, comforters, duvets, shams.
The kitchen is large and has everything you need for your stay. Porcelain dishes and mugs, glassware, stainless tableware, placemats, napkins. Always like-new cookware sets, utensils, and baking dishes, pans, measuring cups, measuring spoons, blender. For coffee-drinkers, a wonderful drip machine and also individual drip-cup. Of course, nice serving dishes for everything from snacks to larger meals.
The condo has private internet with wifi, cable tv, and new variable-speed HVAC (nice and quiet air flow, with a digital thermostat).
Our building has its own exercise room, a fully equipped mini-gym. Our community has so many amenities, including two large swimming pools, one pool is heated and has a spa. There are walking and bike trails to the fishing dock on the Matanzas River (part of the Intracoastal Waterway) with kayak access. We have a lighted tennis court, pickleball, recreation room, and yoga classes at the Beach Club. Discover the amazing coquina beach, unlike any other in Florida!
All in a gated community, with 24-hour security. Located just one mile south of Marineland, and one mile north of Washington Oaks State Park, where there are miles of beautiful walking and biking trails. A Publix Market is 3.5 miles, and larger groceries and other shopping centers are 10 minutes, across the bridge to Palm Coast.
So much to see and do so close by! We are 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, and 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach, so you can easily do both, without staying in the crowds. Easy access to Cape Canaveral, Disneyland, Universal, historic St. Augustine, and outlet malls. World Golf Village is 30 minutes, and we are surrounded by famous golf courses.

Surf Club condos are in the Matanzas Shores Community, located in The Hammock, an almost untouched part of old-Florida. Situated between St. Augustine and Daytona Beaches, and in the middle of a nature preserve that stretches for miles and includes the Princess Preserve Lake.
Surf Club II and III share a heated ocean-side pool and spa. The Matanzas Shores Community has an ocean-breeze pool at the Beach Club, and a fishing pier on the Inland Waterway. Miles of bike paths go north and south of the complex, including to nearby Washington Oaks State Park and other protected nature areas.
Marineland is 1 mile! Swim with dolphins!

Our condo is a luxury residential condo, not a weekly beach rental. This means you can relax and feel at home, while you're at the beach. We provide everything we can think of to help you have a wonderful stay in our little piece of Paradise!

We have all natural linens and fabrics, and non-toxic cleaning products and laundry products, creating the most wonderful atmosphere... and then there's the beach and amazingly clean air!!!

We stayed at this condo the month of January. The condo was amazing! Extremely clean and well stocked. Beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean, where we saw dolphins several times. We watched the sunrise and the moon rise over the ocean, what a treat! We saw a rocket launch from the beach, an amazing experience. The beach is so fascinating with its rock formations and changes daily. It’s something you have to see yourself to understand how incredibly cool it is! We walked to the dock across the street and watched sunsets over the river. There is miles of bike trails and we rode to Flagler beach, what a quaint town, old feel Florida for sure, sweet little shops and restaurants, a lot of local, talented artists! St Augustine visit is a must, a great historical town. We saw manatees, dolphins, unusual birds, lots of wildlife. And horseback riding on the beach was the best!! It’s a great place to stay, the condo was wonderful. Sara and Dan are great hosts, kept in communication and was available to us if needed. Thank you, we very much enjoyed our month!

The condo has breathtaking views and has all the amenities needed, we even saw a whale breach from the condo. The pool is a wonderful place to relax on a warm Florida day and the golfing in the area is excellent.We had a enjoyable month and will be back again.

My stay was in the owners' other unit in the same building but I know from their high standards that both units are tastefully and functionally equipped. Of course clean goes without saying as they have everyone's health and well being in mind, and an excellent cleaning person.The location is away from the usual shoulder to shoulder beach residences in a very natural coastal location, yet within a short bicycle or car ride to all required amenities. Biking and walking the complex and surrounding beaches and nature preserve were my favourite activities.As an early riser I relished the sun rise vistas and the well equipped fitness room. Entering and exiting this secure complex is quick and painless and parking areas are well lit and convenient to all elevators and stairs. The building has provision for separate handling of recyclable materials.Grounds and building maintenance seems to be at a high level. I am returning in 2018.

Lovely condo... spacious and nicely appointed. Fabulous views of sunrise over the Atlantic and sunsets to the west. Watch the dolphins play from the balcony. Lots to do in the area St Augustine is only minutes away or go to NASA for a rocket launch. Swim, golf and eat at the wonderful local restaurants.

Yes! The ocean is about 100 feet away, directly outside the balcony and master bedroom window! Gorgeous views!
