The Beach!!!
New England Eatery, a few miles north on A1A. Great seafood and beef and chicken also. Coconut Cove, a good German restaurant on the Indian River, about 10 miles north. Other good restaurants are just a little bit further north on A1A.
Visit the McLarty Treasure Museum, about 6 miles south, on the site of the Spanish salvors' mission to save the treasure which sank when The 1715 Spanish Plate Fleet was sunk during a hurricane in July 1715. It's part of the Sebastian Inlet State Park and is very interesting! Great for kids!

100% refund plus $200 cancellation fee is charged if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Partial refunds available for cancellations after the 60-day period (closer to the arrival date).
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. There is $500 holiday week premium. The usual Changeover day is Saturday with 7-day minimum.

We do a yearly Christmas vacation early in December, so that all our family can be together. This year we chose the house in Melbourne Beach. It is a great house with every room having a bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a Publix not too far away. The heated pool is awesome along with the hot tub. The views are amazing. My son treated us to a catered dinner in the evening on the deck and it was breathtaking. All in all, it was a perfect vacation with the exception of the no see ums, invisible bugs that can bite. Thinking they were extremely bad this year because of recent hurricane, but we really became diligent with the bug spray and that helped. Merry was great and responded quickly to any problems. It’s a great house at a great location!

"This is such a Great Home right on the Ocean and has a pool in the back yard! Not far from the Sebastian Inlet Park which has a beach with life guard in the simmer season which starts May 30 week, picnic tables, and more! You will Love this Oceanfront home. We recommend it highly. These is a nice restaurant less than 5 miles from it called New England Eatery."

Great place to stay, Both the rental agent and the owner were very helpful and accommodating. The house is great with a great location and right on the beach. It is well equipped with lots of entertainment options like a pool table and ping pong. We used it for a company offsite and it worked out great.
