Enjoy great views from our lanai watching boats, yachts, and wildlife on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Take a short walk on our private beach access to Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach boasts the finest, whitest quartz sand in the world.
This two-bedroom unit has a king size bed in the master, queen in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, we have two full baths.
The fully equipped condo includes a microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, washer and dryer, TV, DVD and all linens.
On property, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic area. And, fishing is is available off the boat docks or out the back door into the bay.
Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance or a short drive to Siesta Key Village, a fun place where you will find everything from shopping to great places to eat.

We have visited at the condo numerous times. Every visit has been fun and relaxing. Clean and comfortably furnished.. With the beach, restaurants and shops close by, having a beautiful view of the causeway right out the back door is just an extra bonus. P.S. So many fantastic beach accesses and ice cream shops, you can visit a different one each day!

This was my third stay at this complex and will definitely be back! The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for the beach and our home away from home. The condo was close to shopping and restaurants too!

The condo is ground level and super convenient for coming and going. The view out the back is very pretty and you have plenty of privacy while watching the big boats comes by. The condo was spacious and my family was able to instantly settle in and feel like it was our home away from home! I really liked have a washer and dryer in the unit. Grocery and dining within walking distance and the grounds are gorgeous! We will definitely book again.

We had an amazing time at Siesta Key and the condo exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean and larger than expected and the two sleeping areas were separate and private. Every convenience was provided. The service before our arrival by the Banyon rental staff was exceptional in every way. We are planning to come back for sure!

The complex was in walking distance to most necessities (would recommend taking the trolley into the village) and a stone's throw to the beach. The owners and the complex were ready to answer any questions we could possibly have and had thought of almost everything, including all the beach supplies and carts you could possibly need. It really made our stay so much easier than previous beach stays we've done.Gorgeous pool, sweet little walking path around the complex, and a plenty to do! When there were rainy days or days that we needed to stay out of the sun, the TV set up and amenities there gave us ways to stay busy. Genuinely can't wait to return.

We had a great time at this condo! Nicely decorated and updated. Proximity to the beach was an easy walk across the street. Proximity to restaurants and shops is either a walk or a short drive. The lanai in the morning is heaven! We'll be back! I definitely recommend this condo!

I have stayed here multiple times and it is perfect for our family of 5! Very clean rental with everything you need for a fabulous get away. Great pool and beach access. Well appointed with a beautiful lanai for morning coffee or happy hour. Quick access to the Siesta Key Trolley to head to the village for an easy trip to dinner or shopping. Fabulous place...I'll be back!
