Welcome to Fairways Franny, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lakefront vacation home located inside Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. With a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart, beautiful lake views, and access to resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation or extended winter getaway.

Our home is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes by golf cart from the white-sand beaches, heated community pool, shopping, dining, and entertainment that make Sandestin such a wonderful destination.

THE HOME

Fairways Franny features two spacious king master suites, making it ideal for couples traveling together or snowbirds who enjoy having family visit. The third bedroom is a custom bunk room with a queen bed and four twin beds, along with its own bathroom and arcade games that kids and grandkids love.

The open living area offers comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of dining space. You'll also find a washer and dryer, WiFi, smart TVs, and everything needed to feel at home during longer stays.

OUTDOOR LIVING

One of our favorite features is the peaceful lakefront setting. Start your morning with coffee on the screened porch overlooking the water, enjoy watching the birds and turtles, or relax on the lakeside deck. The rooftop deck offers another beautiful outdoor space to unwind.
