Boaters will appreciate the private dock with a 20,000-lb boat lift and dedicated ice maker for filling the boat and coolers before a day on the water. Port Antigua’s wide canals provide convenient access to the bay, with the ocean just a short boat ride away. Guests also have access to the community’s private bayfront white sand beach, boat ramp, tiki huts, and picnic areas, exclusively available to Port Antigua homeowners and guests.

The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, giving your group plenty of room to spread out. On the first level, you’ll find a welcoming living area with seating, a TV, a convenient laundry nook, and direct access to the backyard, pool, and dock. The spacious suite on this first floor features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. An additional full bathroom, wet bar, and refrigerator are also located on this level, making it especially convenient for pool days and entertaining outdoors.

Upstairs, the bright, open-concept kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home. There is plenty of seating for everyone to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy. Down the hallway are two guest bedrooms: one featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed and the other offering a queen size bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. An additional king suite off the living area and includes a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom.

Outside is where Paradise Found truly embraces the Florida Keys lifestyle. Spend the afternoon in the private heated pool, lounge on the in-pool chairs, or relax in the outdoor seating area after a day of boating. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the Keys sky.
