Beach access is about a 5-minute bike ride or 12-minute walk.
Outdoor extras include 4 bicycles, a bike cargo trailer, inflatable paddleboards, boogie boards, floats, beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach toys. Two outdoor showers. Boat and jet-ski lifts can be arranged if asked at booking. Living room furnishings have been upgraded (new pictures soon).
Mid-term essentials are in place: high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for remote work), a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cookware, full-size washer and dryer, linens and towels, and parking (3 spaces).
