Calypso 1705W has all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. The total square footage for this unit is 942 sq ft.
The main living area of this Calypso Resort vacation rental is spacious with custom furnishings, as well as providing modern conveniences like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table.

During the peak season, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday, unless the unit is still available about three weeks prior to the arrival date. It is not necessary to stay the entire week, but the rental rates and periods are for the week itself.

We have a two-payment plan for your convenience, where 50% of the total due is due within 7 days of booking, along with your signed contract documents, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Regarding cancellations, in the event of weather related issues, if a mandatory evacuation is issued, a refund will be given for any unused nights. For our regular cancellation policy, if a cancellation notice is submitted in writing more than sixty days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the payment will be issued, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. If less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will also refund your payment in full (less the $100 administrative processing fee) only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount. If we need to discount the unit to re-rent it or it rents for fewer days, you will receive a refund for the amount rented (minus the $100 administrative processing fee). In most cases, with sufficient notice, we are usually able to re-rent the unit and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, if we are unable to re-rent the unit, the full payment will be forfeited.

White Sand Rental is a local, family owned vacation rental company that takes pride in providing our guests an exceptional vacation experience while visiting Panama City Beach area. We have just the right number of units to give our guests a nice variety of floor plan options to choose from while still being able to make sure each unit is well-maintained and very clean. The group of vacation rental units we manage is comprised of a tight circle of owners we feel personally responsible to; therefore, we care for each unit as if it were our own.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4PM local time, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for purchase on select rentals. Please email or call the office with your request and the team member will determine if your rental qualifies at that time. If you have already reserved a property, please contact our team to make your request.
What are Keyless Locks and Codes?
Our properties have keyless entry locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of an individualized generated code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Please see your reservation information for more on keyless entry systems.
What if we arrive after hours?
Arriving after hours is no problem when you stay in a White Sand Rental Property. Physical check-in is not required. Our check-in process is done by our vacation guest app link. This link is sent approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. We invite you to please go directly to your rental property at your check in time. If you need further assistance for any reason, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction?
Reservations may not be made by or for a minor. Only family guests are allowed in our properties. No units will be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25, unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to forfeiture of all rental payments and damage protection fee as well as cancellation of the remaining reservation time.
Do you provide daily maid service?
White Sand Rental provides a departure clean on all stays. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens, as well as trash liners, toilet paper and hand soap. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in every rental property; however, laundry detergent is not supplied due to highly sensitive individual needs, precautions and allergies.
What is provided with the accommodation?
Each of our properties are furnished with modern amenities such as high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Also provided with this unit is 2 free beach chair and umbrella service (March - October)!
When is a good time to book a reservation?
Book today! We recommend reserving the unit of your choice as early as possible, especially if you are planning to travel for Spring Break (mid-March to mid-April), Summer Season (Memorial Day to mid-August) or during Fall Break (1st 2 weeks in October). It is also best to book early if planning to travel around a major holiday, such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day.
Is there a Minimum Stay?
During the peak seasons, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday unless the unit is still available about 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Sometimes we might have special exceptions going on, so it's worth emailing an inquiry. The 3-night minimum still applies throughout the year.
What is your policy on pets and smoking on the premises?
Although we personally love pets, due to individuals who are sensitive to or have allergic reactions, pets are not permitted in any White Sand Rental property or on the premises of said property.
Smoking is not allowed. Guest may smoke outside of the unit, but they are responsible for cleaning up and removal of cigarette butts, ashtrays, etc.
What is your payment policy?

This unit at the Calypso Towers was perfect for us! The 17th floor views were amazing and the elevator was conveniently located. Even though we stayed over the Memorial Day weekend, we never had a problem finding an available elevator. We appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer and extra half bath inside the unit. The morning set-up crew had our assigned beach chairs and umbrella beach ready, which was great! We knew exactly where to go each morning.Having the Pier, restaurants and shopping within walking distance was a plus. We were able to park our car for 3 days and not drive anywhere, which was refreshing.We'd highly recommend the Calypso Towers and this unit to future visitors!

The condo was very nice. The view was great. However, the cleaning of the condo needs improving for the commodes and dusting the apartment. The bedding and towels are old and over used and need replacing. Laundry/ utility room needs a deep cleaning. Broom and mop needs replacing. Adding some detergent for washing the towels and sheets would be good to add since the rental company asks the renter to start a load before you leave. We did enjoy the beach and liked that the bedroom was in the front of the condo. This condo is located right outside of the elevator.

I don't know where to begin, but I'll start with the best Rental Services that I've ever dealt with. They were all Amazing and were quick to either call or email me any questions that I had. From the time that I pulled into the private parking garage and carts that were right there, (it's worth the small fee for parking), and close to the elevators, which during my entire 8 days, I didn't wait more than a few minutes. I walked into the most Beautiful Condo that felt like it was designed just for me, directly beside the elevators, and I didn't hear a single person outside. The first morning there, I'd known that I was going to be up early, so I sat on the great balcony chairs and watched the Cabana Guys and Gal start as early as 6am setting up the chairs and umbrellas, and they didn't stop the entire time all day. Sean, Dianna, Logan, Ash, and Gavin, were so on top of everyone's needs and going the extra mile to check on everybody throughout the day. I was absolutely stunned by their kindness and helpfulness with them all so I didn't hesitate to tip them every day, they more than deserved it. Now, back to this Absolutely Stunning Condo, 1705W. It's so beautifully decorated and has everything you need that you'd have at home, even down to tea jugs if you drink sweet tea like I do. The kitchen, living room, and laundry room are perfect for either 2 or 4 guests, not that I spent much time in the living room, lol. The BED!! OMG I'M IN LOVE WITH THE BED!! It's actually more comfortable than my own and I slept like a baby. The bathroom was also stunning with the garden tub and walk in shower plus two sinks and extra large closet. I was up, watching the ocean and then hurriedly eating so I could get down to the baby powder sand and Emerald blue calm water. This was my first solo trip for my 52nd birthday and I was so Lucky that it fell on the full moon because when I brought my photography equipment down and set up, I didn't know which was more Beautiful, the STUNNING SUNSETS that were Mesmerizing, or the Full Moon that was Hypnotizing. Even the isolated storm was Crazy to witness with the lightning over the water. I kept telling myself that this is my home, that I never want to leave, but since I did have to return, I'm definitely renting this condo again. I can't wait to come back. Thank You All for the Best Birthday that I've Ever Had!! I've even been to St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos, and the Bahamas, but never again. Sincerely, Dawn McClure

Scott W.Relaxing even with the weather
Very nice condo even with a tropical storm warning. While we only got to use the beach chairs for one day, it was very comfortable. When we had tv issues, it was resolved quickly. This was our second rental from White Sand and both have been very easy and smooth transactions. We extended the stay by a day since it was available and all it took was a couple of emails. You can't beat the location and the service. Well appointed in the kitchen. A keurig would be nice but we brought our own. Will definitely stay again.
