Eric's place was great. The home was as described. Plenty of space for our family. And the kitchen had all of the essentials. Eric even made sure there was a crockpot avaible when I asked if one was at the condo.
They were doing some maintenance on the building, but that tells me they care about the neighbrohood. Great workout facility. Pool was nice but chilly (to be expected this time of year). Neighborhood felt safe. Beach is a short drive and Eric has all the beach things including beach towels, toys, and chairs, so we didn't have to pack as much stuff. Grand Blvd is walking distance, so lots of shops and food nearby.
Would stay again.
