It is available November 2026 through May 2027 for stays of 30 nights or more, whether that is one month or up to three.

Room for everyone. About 2,596 sq ft with a separate living room and family room, a formal dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table. Sleeps up to 12 in 9 beds.

A private primary suite. The king primary suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms: Primary with king bed, en-suite and walk-in closet. Queen guest room with desk. King guest room. Queen bed with a twin bunk above, plus desk. Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bathrooms: three full baths. The second has a double vanity and tub/shower.

Everyday comforts: central A/C, high-speed satellite internet, front-load washer and dryer in the garage, hardwood floors, and smart-lock self check-in.

Utilities: included up to a monthly electric allowance of $300 (November through March) or $400 (April and May). Usage above the allowance is billed at cost from the electric statement.

Outdoors: a screened porch with loungers, seating, and a porch swing; a BBQ grill; an outdoor fire pit; swings for children and adults; and a she-shed for guest use, all inside the fenced yard. There is no pool at this home.

Parking: 2-car garage, room for up to 5 cars, and space for a boat, boat trailer, or RV.

Jupiter Farms is a quiet, rural-feeling community of large wooded lots in northern Palm Beach County, known for its open space, horse trails and dark night skies. Approximate drive times: beaches about 20 minutes; a park and playground about 5 minutes; I-95 and Florida's Turnpike about 10 minutes. Nearby you will find golf, kayaking, shopping, waterfront restaurants, and boating and fishing on the Loxahatchee River, the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. Spring training baseball in Jupiter is a short drive away. The home itself is not on the water.
