The house is located on a quiet cul-de- sac located just off the legacy bike trail connecting you to Venice and Sarasota via bike/walking path. You are located just a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and the famous Pops Bar and Grill, and a 5 min drive to the quaint and charming town of Venice Island and the world famous “shark tooth” beach.

Accommodations include one ensuite King bedroom with a full bathroom and a Queen bedroom off the screened Lanai. One shared bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. The open floor plan includes a large fully furnished kitchen with water views, living room to watch the sunset and your favorite TV program, a sitting room and dining room table. Also included is a full laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The house comes fully furnished with bed linens, towels, cookware, etc.
