The main living level also includes two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of which is a master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom. This main level master bedroom has a Queen bed and balcony with views of the Venetian Shores Marina and the Bay.

On the third level, the expansive primary suite offers a private retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, luxurious en-suite bathroom, and rooftop terrace. The primary suite has a breathtaking uncovered terrace overlooking the neighborhood, canal, and bay below as well as a second balcony overlooking the street. This terrace an ideal spot for morning breakfast and a book as well as a peaceful spot to just relax. A fourth bedroom on this same third floor provides additional flexibility for guests as it provides a built in mini cooler and countertop. This room is equipped with a sofa bed that can sleep up to two persons comfortably.
