Area Information

The space
Enjoy 2 large living room spaces with big-screen TVs. Large open kitchen with all the cooking gadgets you'll need for your stay. Keurig coffee station. Comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. The pool is heated and the heater can be turned on before your stay for $25 per night. Dedicated workspaces so you can work remotely if needed. This home backs to a golf course, golf balls occasionally come across the canal and could be a danger if you're sitting outside. Wildlife is abundant and we do get alligators, snakes and turtles in and around the canal. Please stay away from the bank and be mindful while outside. Do not swim or fish in the canal, this is prohibited.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and outdoor areas. The only restricted area is the garage, that is locked with cars and personal items of the owners. Some owners closets are locked as well.

Other things to note
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart available for use. It is located on a shelf on the east end of the lanai. Enjoy our outdoor pool table and chess set. Lanai also features a wet bar and mini fridge. This home backs to a golf course, golf balls occasionally come across the canal and could be a danger if you're sitting outside. Also, wildlife is abundant and we do get alligators, snakes, and turtles in, and around the canal. Please stay away from the bank and be mindful while outside. Do not swim or fish in the canal, this is prohibited.

The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of our vacation rental tenants and their guests. The Tenant and their guests who use the pool facilities do so at their own risk and the Landlord assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. The pool shall be used in compliance with all manufacturer guidance as well as all rules and regulations set forth by the hosts.

**Our Favorite Beach Tip:** Everyone knows about the famous white sands of Siesta Key, but if you're looking for a more relaxed beach experience, try Turtle Beach at the southern end of Siesta Key or beautiful Lido Beach. And here's a little local secret — arrive at Siesta Key Beach early, preferably before 9 a.m., to find better parking!

**Sunsets Worth Staying For:** Florida's Gulf Coast sunsets are spectacular! Head to Lido Beach, enjoy an evening stroll around St. Armands Circle, or discover The Bay Park in downtown Sarasota for beautiful waterfront views.
