BEACHFRONT Townhome on Cape San Blas Beach! Sammy's Retreat (B4) is in Sunrise Sunset townhomes with views as far as you see of the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is 3 BR 2.5 Bath on North Cape. You can not get any closer to the water than this! The Kitchen and Living area are on the 1st floor with a screened in balcony where you have your morning coffee or dinner outside with family while listening to the waves. Bedrooms are on the top floor with Gulf Front Balcony and Bay View Balcony.
Our home is Gulf Front with a screened in porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and an open Balcony on the 3rd Floor for excellent viewing of Dolphins, Stingrays and Star Gazing at night. It's truly amazing! We also have fabulous Bay views from the 3rd Balcony hence the name...Sunrise-Sunset!
Launch your Kayaks and Paddleboards right from our beach on either side. There is also a biking and walking trails right across the street with miles and miles to explore!
The entire townhome is available to you.

Cape San Blas has 10 miles of bike path with access right across the street. Kayak and Paddleboards can be launched directly from the beach, or if you prefer the Bay, there is access a few blocks up. There are a few general stores and restaurants on Cape San Blas. Apalachicola and Port St Joe both have great shopping and restaurants to get out and explore.
We are dog friendly and love our fur babies...Cape San Blas Beach is dog friendly and all dogs should be on a leash or lead at all times...Beware of letting your dogs drink salt water as will make them very sick! Bring fresh water for them to the beach. We have an outdoor shower with a detachable shower head so you can bathe your dogs with a warm shower after a day at the beach. We love to pamper our pups!

BonnieWe enjoyed Michelle's place so much! It was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach gear that was provided so we didn't have to bring back half the beach with our own chairs. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable, something we have had issues with staying at other places. We will definitely be back!

KirstenWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely stunning! The unit is right on the beach with a screened-in porch to relax on while listening to the waves and watching the sunset. On the backside is an equally beautiful view of the marshy bay and a nice paved trail for walking or biking. The interior of the unit was impeccably clean, even with it being pet friendly. Our own dogs were quite comfortable, as were we! It was nicely furnished but homey and relaxed, perfect for a beach vacation. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful beach getaway, this is the place!

EleanorWow, this townhouse was amazing! It is as beachfront as you can be, and the decking beneath the houses to get to the beach was super useful for cleaning off sandy items and towels. The beach restoration project was a huge success and added a ton of beautiful white sand beach directly out front. The home itself was extremely comfortable and stayed nice and cool during our stay! We brought our pup with us and she LOVED the beach! I would say my favorite part was the top deck off the main bedroom because it was perfectly shaded in the mornings to sip some coffee and enjoy the sea breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

LisaBeautiful home, we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside! The beach is just steps from the door and even for my older in-laws in was absolutely no problem to get to the beach from the condo. We found so many shells and the beach was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Robert D.Michelle's place was very nice and well stocked with just about anything you need. When I couldn't find an oyster knife, Michelle offered to go buy one for us. She was very attentive to our needs and quick to reply to our concerns such as no running water which turned out to be cape wide and short lived. Her place was so close to the Gulf that we never had any beach directly in front, however there was beach access to the side of the units. I particularly enjoyed cooking on her Ninja Wooodfire Grill on the back porch. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend it.

DakotaNice quiet place on the beach with area very dog friendly (including some restaurants that allow dogs on patio). Host was proactive, friendly, and responded quickly on the app. She even left a gift for our dog to play with on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The screened in porch overlooking the ocean was my favorite place to relax. The beach felt more private than other beaches I have been to (though we did go here in the off-season so might be busier in the Summer time). We overall enjoyed our stay here and recommend this location

JenniferMichelle's place was fantastic - the view from the screened-in porch was perfect, looking straight out over the water. You just have to walk a hundred yards or so to get to the beach, which you can access from either end of the townhouses. Great communication. We usually avoid returning to somewhere we've stayed before, but this very well be an exception to our rule. Highly recommend!

CindyWe enjoyed our stay at Sammy’s. It was tranquil & peaceful we loved sitting on top deck watching the dolphins play 🐬🐬and pelicans diving for fish. 🦤🐟 Beautiful sunsets even with cloudy conditions. ⛅️The monarch butterflies 🦋 were hatching and flying all around. Michelle even left a welcome gift for our dog, he loved his new stuffed animal and treats. He loved frolicking on the beach. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a low key quiet pet friendly place. The Vining’s 🐾❤️🐕🦺 Athens, AL
