This rare single-level home is the perfect getaway for small families or two couples looking to rejuvenate and re-energize themselves by the beach and the bay.
Spend your days at Twin Gables exploring the water or casting a line for premier fishing year-round with easy access to the bay. Work on that Florida tan while floating in the bayfront pool. Get some exercise by swimming against the swim jets in the pool. Pool heat is available for an extra fee of $50/day. The pool is heated from 84-86 degrees. The pool heater may not be able to fully heat the pool if the weather conditions are below 65 degrees. Please add this fee when you are checking out. Depending on what platform you are booking through, you may need to send a message to have it added manually.
Inside, the open floor plan features walls of windows, a well-appointed coastal-designed living space with ample seating, a chef-suited kitchen, dining for 8, and a screened-in porch that spills out from the great room, making it easy to take advantage of the gulf breezes in any weather. The alfresco dining area and comfortable lounge seating is where you’ll find yourself enjoying the magnificent Cape San Blas sunsets, because let’s face it…a glass of wine tastes better with a view!
When it’s time to retire after a long day at the beach or swimming in the pool, comfortable bedrooms for the adults and a separate tree-house style bunk room for the kids offers plenty of peace and quiet. From the inside-out, this home offers luxury features that will elevate your vacation experience to new heights.
We are dog friendly and our dog fee is $225 for up to 2 dogs. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture.
If you want to book a massage during your stay, please let us know at time of booking and we will provide you with the number to make a reservation.
Would you like to hire a Chef to come in and make a gourmet dinner for the family one night? Let us know and we will get you the contact information when you book. This service is booked up several months in advance so please ask for this information right away. If you would like groceries delivered and put away before your stay there are several available. Vacation Prep Squad, Ready to Relax Grocery Services, LLC, and Riley Brown's Forgotten Coast Food Taxi all do a wonderful job.

Travel Insurance, which can include cancel for any reason. If you are traveling between the months of June-November, Travel Insurance is highly recommended for Hurricanes. Airbnb does offer travel insurance at check out.
Guest will have access to the entire home and pool. There is a shared dock at the bay and is also occasionally used by the part-time residents next door. They access it from the back of the property. The dock leads out to the marsh, and from there you can carry your kayak or paddleboard to the water. Please be mindful and don't let your pets run loose outside the fenced area.

Twin Gables offers a private elevator to make your stay a little easier. While we’re happy to provide this feature, please keep in mind that it may occasionally be out of service, and repairs can take time. For safety, children should not use the elevator alone. If an outage does occur, we’ll do our best to get it fixed as quickly as possible, but we recommend having a backup plan for accessing the home without it. Refunds aren’t issued for elevator or appliance outages. Thank you so much for your understanding — we want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

AbbyMy husband and I drove 16 hours to stay at this home and it was worth every minute of that drive. We arrived to a beautiful clean home with an amazing view! We had every amenity we could ever need from board games, to kayaks, to beach necessities. It was extremely private and we felt right at home. Being so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping was just a huge bonus for us. Michelle was very nice and proactive in making sure we were satisfied with our stay. 10/10 Planning to return!!

LynnThe place was very well stocked and had all the items we needed. The pool was fun and refreshing. We walked out into the bay for several hundred feet and it was quite shallow. The gulf was accessible by foot and by car and the area was not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay.

AshleyWe absolutely LOVED our stay here. The amenities were fantastic with the pool right out back, bikes and kayaks available for use. The home is well stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay! Michelle was a wonderful host, extremely easy to reach and communicate with. We had a bit of a bug problem outside and she jumped to find a solution and made it happen! This grounds are LUSH so bugs and wildlife are abundant. We enjoy wildlife so that was a plus for us. Just make sure to watch where you step for the friendly king snake or a little garter snakes. The listing states 3bedrooms but the bunkroom isn’t really a “bedroom”. The room is just big enough for the bunk bed with sliding doors that open up just beside the dining room table in the open floor plan dining room, great room, kitchen area. The kayaking was incredible. We were able to paddle right up to some beautiful nurse sharks, crabs, fish and a turtle. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an extra night!!

JanetWe absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Cape San Blas property!! The view through the huge windows in the living room was stunning!! Even better than the pictures!! The home is beautifully decorated with artwork and a large selection of interesting books that gives it an upscale feel. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed, making meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great! The inground pool was wonderful and there is plenty of seating to sit out and enjoy this gem of a home! We loved that there is a walking/bike trail right at the end of the driveway! We were able to walk our 2 dogs to the beach and to two of the best food trucks!! Weber's Donuts and the pretzels at Bayside Bites truck were stellar!!!

Extra essentials were included so we had all we needed for our stay.The property was private and quiet, great place for a getaway with loved ones. The view in the backyard was incredible, especially at sunset. And Pebble Beach was a short walk down the road.Michelle was proactive and reached out to check how things were going. Clear instructions were provided as well as a some fun things to do in the area.Overall a wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

KaceeWe stayed here for a family trip and it honestly exceeded expectations. The house is bright, clean, and laid out really well. The bay views are insane and the screened porch was one of our favorite spots. The pool was perfect, especially after a long beach day. It felt private and peaceful but still close enough to everything we needed. The host was responsive and everything about the stay was smooth. Definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed.
