Three levels of decks wrap around the home including a picturesque crow's nest perfect for sunbathing and stargazing, Dune Fine provides the ultimate in coastal living.
Two master bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room. Additional sleeping accommodations include two bunk beds, one with two twins, and one with a twin and double, and a twin day bed in the crow's nest loft.
In this idyllic location, you'll witness mesmerizing sunrises over the Bay and stunning sunsets over the Gulf throughout the year. After a great day exploring there is nothing better than to relax in the crow's nest with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage as you take in the breathtaking views of the Bay and Gulf while the sun is setting or being the first up and enjoying your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise. It’s the best of both worlds!
Less than a block away is The Trading Post, Webers Donuts, Ice Cream and other shops to enjoy! St. Joe Shrimp Company has the best succulent fried or steamed shrimp as well as fresh fish daily if you want to cook at home! The trading post offers all of the essentials at reasonable prices.
If you're traveling with your furry friends, Dune Fine is dog-friendly, with a dog fee of $225 for up to 2 dogs.
Enjoy the convenience of having bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards delivered to your doorstep for added adventure. Several vendors on the Cape will deliver. There are also 10 miles of bike trails just across the street that run the entire length of the Cape. Bay access via the community dock is right across the street which is ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or paddle boards. Bay depth near the dock is shallow and varies with the tide. It's rare to have a private dock and beach access so close to your home.

Pool heat is available for an extra fee of $50/day. The pool is heated from 84-86 degrees. The pool heater may not fully heat the pool if the weather is below 65 degrees. Please add this fee at checkout. Depending on what platform you are booking through, you may need to send a message to have it added manually.
Pet Fee is $225 for up to 2 dogs
If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended during the storm season. Airbnb does offer insurance at check out.
Dune Fine is located in a cul-de-sac with beach access steps away. There are only 3 homes that share this cul-de-sac.
2 Dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $225 Please add the number of pets when you
enter the number of guests. Airbnb software has a glitch that sometimes does not add the pet fee. Please be aware that we will add this fee in after booking if Airbnb does not add it.

BethThis house checks all the boxes. The beach access is short and convenient. Ice cream, coffee and fresh seafood are within walking distance. There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the house. The pool was great! I always appreciate when the house has the “essentials”. Plenty of spices, a dish pods, trash bags, beach chairs, etc! That is such a bonus when you’re packing! I’ve been coming to the cape since I was a child and this was definitely one of our favorite locations!

AlexaWe had such a wonderful trip to Cape San Blas and Michelle’s home! We were pleasantly surprised with how close it actually was to the beach - just across the culdesac to the boardwalk so that was super nice! For whatever reason, we expected it to be a bit further. We realized we had forgotten a bassinet and Michelle ran over to confirm there was a pack n play available before our arrival so we didn’t have to buy one while out. She was very responsive thru out our stay for any questions we had. It was very clean and we didn’t find anything that we needed and didn’t have. There’s also a coffee/ice cream/simple food trailer conveniently located right at the corner that we frequented on our morning walks. Would def recommend staying at Dune Fine!

LarryThis home was very cozy and the hosts were helpful and inviting. There were zero issues and the beach access is very convenient and so close to the home. Wish we could have stayed longer as this was such an ideal location in a forgotten beach area. Enjoyed seeing the aquatic life up and close on the beach.

AllisonThe house was great! Everything was clean and tidy. The house is located on a quiet little cul-de-sac. The access to the beach is terrific. We loved sitting out on the wrap around porches enjoying our morning coffee. There were a couple of issues with a set of bunk beds but that was communicated beforehand. Any issue we had Michelle was super quick to respond. There are a lot of stairs in the house so do be prepared for that. A tropical storm came through while we were vacationing so we didn't get to spend as much beach time as we were hoping but the house felt very secure during the wind and we were still able to make lots of use of the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

CarylThis house is great! Even though it’s not directly on the beach, you can clearly hear the gulf waves from all the balconies and see the sunset at night. You can also see the water for the most part. The house had everything we needed except beach towels but since we driving and were informed that wasn’t an issue. There’s a lot of stairs between floors so just something to be aware of. The pool was great (it’s chlorine) and the kiddie pool is perfect for toddlers. The Cape itself is a completely chill place. There’s not much to do which is perfect when you want peace.

KateWOW!!!! This place is a MUST STAY! 100 steps to sand, 10 steps to your private pool, And 5 steps to the balcony with a cocktail to watch the sunset. This place is Absolutely Gorgeous and my kids want me to book it for next year already! The Only thing that people should make sure they are alright with is a LOT of stairs (it’s 3 stories) and worth every step!

RobertGreat location, nice gulf views. Easy access to the beach, less than 1 minute walk. Walkable to St Joe Shrimp, Peachy’s restaurant and ice cream/coffee shop that sold breakfast sandwiches. Home exactly as described. Michelle provided all the steps to access the home and was very responsive as needed. Overall very nice stay, plus the weather was perfect.

SheenaWe absolutely loved our stay! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Everything was well stocked and ready for us (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The view was great and the beach entry was right outside the front door. It made it so easy to just head out to the beach and run back to the house if we needed anything. There was a cute and yummy little restaurant stand on the main street right at the end of our driveway that we could walk to. They sold fun coffee drinks, ice cream, pizza and breakfast items. It was so nice to be able to walk down and grab something there! Michelle, the host, was super friendly and responsive from booking through check out. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back! We all left feeling like we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We had a great time!

GeraldThis home was perfect. Beautiful layout and views from all 4 balconies. Even tho second row from the beach, the views on top floor at sunset was more dramatic than at beach level. Michelle left gift bag treats for our 2 dogs to show thoughtfulness as to what is so appealing about this beach area.
