Wake up to the Marco River right outside your window. This professionally renovated and designer-decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sits on the lowest residential level of Building A at Riverside Club, a gated waterfront community in historic Olde Marco. It was made for slow mornings with coffee on the lanai, watching dolphins, manatees, and boats cruise by.
At a generous 1,000 square feet, this is one of the larger one-bedroom layouts in the community, and every inch has been thoughtfully updated. The open living and dining area flows to the lanai, the full kitchen is ready for real cooking, and the bedroom is a calm retreat with a king bed. The unit includes washer and dryer, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and the building was updated with impact-resistant windows and sliders for quiet, worry-free stays.
This may be the most accessible unit in the entire community. Parking sits right below the condo, and the unit is the very first door off the staircase – just a few steps from the car. This a perfect fit for anyone who values easy coming and going.
Riverside Club is a true resort setting. Guests enjoy two heated pools and two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a private fishing pier with a fish-cleaning station, a clubhouse and fitness center, shuffleboard, gas grills, and a bait shop on site.
The entrance is gated, and you're a short walk from some of Marco Island's best waterfront restaurants. No pets, please. Monthly and full-season bookings are preferred for January, February, and March 2027.
Riverside Club sits in Olde Marco, the island's original fishing village at the north end, where the vibe is laid-back and everything is close. Walk to the legendary Snook Inn for grouper sandwiches and live music on the river, or stroll to the shops and cafés around Olde Marco Island Inn.
January through March is the best time of year on Marco Island: daily highs in the mid-70s and low humidity. It's also when the island comes alive. The Wednesday farmers market runs all season, the Marco Island Seafood and Music Festival takes over Veterans Park in March, and Naples hosts art festivals and outdoor concerts nearly every weekend.
Beach days are an easy 10-minute drive. Tigertail Beach is a local favorite for shelling, kayaking the lagoon and spotting shorebirds, and South Marco Beach has the classic wide white sand and Gulf sunsets.
This is a boater's paradise. Launch from the community marina and you're minutes from the Ten Thousand Islands, where the backwater fishing and dolphin sightings are some of the best in Florida. Jet ski tours, dolphin cruises, sunset sails, and fishing charters all depart from within a few minutes of the condo. Everglades National Park and airboat rides are about 30 minutes away for a half-day adventure as well.
Back on the island, check out the Marco Island Historical Museum and dozens of restaurants from casual tiki bars to fine dining. Naples' Fifth Avenue is a 30-minute drive when you want a night out.
