Our updated 1055 condo has all the luxuries you will need.. The ‘Oversized’ granite breakfast bar seats 4 easily or use the dining table for 6, the kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the appliances required. New furnishings in the living areas add comfort and quality throughout. New memory foam bed in the Master bed; New linens in bedrooms and bathrooms; Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms w/cable; as well as WIFI enabling you to stay connected while you enjoy sunny Florida.

Lots of light provided by two sets of large sliding glass doors onto an oversized deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Family friendly; provided for your use are beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, pool & sand toys and a cooler on wheels. Even a Pack 'n' Play for those traveling with young children.

The grounds have a private pool, with sunbeds, tables & chairs, Charcoal grill and a restroom. Gated access on property to Intracoastal Waterway for kayaking, fishing etc.

Walk back and forth between the Beach, pool and Condo. Use the the local trolley that runs length of Gulf Blvd or use your car for places father a field..

The Beach is only a 90 second! walk across the street, no need to worry about Parking, taking lunch or the nearest restroom!

Short walk to Ice Cream shops, Deli Sandwich shop and Hawaiian BBQ Restaurant.Two vehicles maximum
