Elevators are never a problem! Unit 303 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offering direct access to miles of sugar-white sand and sparkling emerald-green water. Spend sunny days by the community pool, stroll along the shore, or enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard. We are located on Thomas Drive with abundant entertainment and dining options! The Master Suite is furnished with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed also. Both with TV's. The primary bathroom features a convenient tub-and-shower combination, while the hall bathroom offers an easy-access walk-in shower. There is a reclining leather chair and reclining loveseat with a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-size futon in the hallway, the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests, although if it is only adults 7 will be most comfortable. With generous sleeping space, it is a great value for families and groups looking to enjoy a memorable beach getaway together.

Panama City Beach offers endless ways to enjoy the coast. The east end of the beach is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirate cruises, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and beautiful Shell Island. A nearby marina offers deep-sea fishing charters, sunset and dolphin-watching cruises, pirate adventures, Shell Island excursions, and pontoon boat rentals. After a day on the water, enjoy one of the marina's waterfront restaurants and watch the sunset as the boats return to the dock.
