Lovely Daytona area Condo / Near Drive on Beach. Attn: SNOWBIRDS

Very nice 2 BR / 2 BA condo located only a few minutes to the drive on beach in Lovely Daytona Beach Shores. I recently purchased and furnished it so it is open for the entire winter. Condo is on the 2nd floor with no one above you and has a large balcony. The balcony has shark coated flooring with chairs, tables, ring toss, darts and a utility room with beach chairs, coolers, pool floats and toys. The Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a glasstop range, microwave, wine rack, DW, galley sink and new white soft close cabinets. The dining area has a bartop table with leather barstools. The living room boasts a very comfortable sofa, reclining chair and 65" TV on a Lexington entertainment stand. The spare room has a queen bed, large closet, 32" TV and is directly across the hall from the bathroom with a tub / shower combo. The Master Bedroom has an Oversized king (or 2 full beds which can be separated to sleep 4 people). It also has a 50" TV, large walk in closet and desk/workspace. The Master Bath is large with a stand up shower. Unit does also have a state of the art W/D set. The complex has a 7' lap pool which is gated with several sling and chaise lounger chairs.

The Complex is called Trailwoods and is very close to several nice bars, restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses and a driving range. It is also a hop, skip and jump to the Beach, Speedway and One Daytona
