The open-concept living area features cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a 75-inch TV.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers stunning Coliseu granite countertops, a waterfall island with bar seating, Samsung appliances, an induction cooktop, and elegant charcoal shaker cabinetry.

The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. An additional guest half bathroom provides extra convenience.
