Spend the afternoon floating in the saltwater pool, lounging on the sun shelf, or relaxing on the built-in bench as the pool lights shift colors after sunset. Fire up the gas grill, gather around the outdoor dining table for eight, and rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The bright, open kitchen has everything you need, from quick breakfasts to family dinners: a large island with seating for four, a dining table for seven to eight, a full-size range and oven, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
• Pool heat: $50/day, available October 15 through May 15. Please request it before arrival. If the heater has an issue during your stay, the heat fee will be refunded (no other part of the booking is refundable).
• Private chef: Ask us before booking about available options.
• Grocery delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked fridge. Message us for details.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Minimum age: The primary guest must be at least 26 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. Government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required to confirm the booking.
• No smoking: Smoking, vaping, and tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited inside the home.
• No pets: No animals of any kind are permitted on the property.
• Security cameras: Three exterior cameras cover the front door, the garage exterior, and the backyard (far left side near the fence). There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
• Thermostat: The A/C has a minimum setting of 68°F to keep the system running reliably in Florida's warm climate.
• Grill propane: If the tank runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it.
• Maintenance: The pool is serviced weekly (currently Tuesdays) through the side gate. Lawn care is every other week.
• Trash: Trash day is Monday. Please roll the bins to the end of the driveway on Sunday evening. A $100 fee applies if excessive trash is left behind.
• Late check-out: Must be approved in advance. Unapproved late departures incur a $200 fee.
• Damages: Please tell us right away if anything is broken, damaged, not working, or heavily soiled so we can fix it. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
• Cleaning guarantee: If anything isn't up to our standards when you arrive, let us know on check-in day and our team will take care of it promptly.
• For everyone's clarity and protection, guests must review and sign the rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation. This helps ensure expectations are clear and your stay is seamless. The reservation may be canceled if the rental agreement is not signed.
