This grand three-level oceanfront townhome is situated right on the Gulf and offers expansive turquoise ocean views and walk out access to the powdery sands of Indian Shores Beach. Spend your days relaxing by the water and enjoying the beach, absorbing the vivid sunsets from your private balcony, or entertaining your friends and family with the outdoor kitchen space.

The living room is grand, with vaulted ceilings and large windows highlighting the sparkling gulf waters. The kitchen is fit for a chef with top of the line appliances and generous counter space, plus seating for all at the large dining room table. The spacious primary feels private and exclusive with it's own walk out balcony, king bed and ensuite with jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and both include an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional half bathrooms throughout, one in the garage and one on the main level for guest convenience.

• Parking: 2 vehicles may park in the garage, very limited guest spaces in front of the community.

You’ll find a variety of nearby restaurants—many featuring live entertainment, serving fresh seafood and tropical cocktails in a casual coastal atmosphere. Outdoor activities are easy to access with bike, paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals close by. Clearwater Beach and John's Pass offer a variety of excursions to fill your day with adventure. The location is also a great home base for exploring the area, with Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Orlando (including Walt Disney World), and Weeki Wachee Springs all within driving distance.
