The living room and primary bedroom open onto a screened Gulf-facing lanai. Enjoy the beach and shared heated pool just below, plus a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, linens, towels and beach gear. One assigned covered parking space is included.
The lanai is screened, with glass sliding doors separating it from the interior. The entrance-side terrace, tables and gas grill are shared building amenities, as is the heated pool.
RENTAL TERMS
90-night minimum. Standard monthly rent is $8,200, or $7,700 per month for three or more consecutive months. Exact dates and calendar-month pricing will be confirmed in your rental quote. Departure cleaning is $250 per stay and the HOA application fee charged to guests is $150 per stay. Applicable taxes are additional.
An owner rental application is required before the HOA application, and HOA approval is required before occupancy. Allow 30 days for the application process unless the association confirms a shorter deadline. The approved tenant must occupy the condo; no subleasing. Maximum four guests. Booking guest must be at least 25; children are welcome. No smoking, parties or events. No pets, subject to applicable assistance-animal requirements. Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM.
