Canal Breeze Villa*Heated Pool/Spa*Outdoor Kitchen

A modern luxury home boasting your own private heated saltwater pool and spa surrounded by ample seating/lounging chairs. Area is completely screened and overlooks a freshwater canal with spectacular wildlife viewing. Gourmet outdoor kitchen with a massive bbq grill and minifridge. Inside, you'll find grand sliders joining indoor/outdoor living. Includes 4 bikes to cruise and beach gear to visit nearby Boca Grande/Englewood beaches. Championship golf and world class fishing in the community.

The Space

The pool/spa will be heated to 80 degrees November through April. This temperature seems to accommodate most guests, if you would like either spa or pool to be warmer, you will just be charged my added expense. Usually around $20/day.

There are 3 adult bikes and 1 youth bike including helmets for each. The community has wonderful bike paths and there is the Cape Haze Pioneer Trail located just outside the neighborhood. A great 7 mile walking/biking path leading to the Gulf.

Rotonda West has a well maintained park, picnic area, and tennis/pickleball courts located at its center. I have included 4 pickleball paddles and balls for some competitive enjoyment.

And of course the spotlight of this area is Gasparilla Island, home to Boca Grande and the amazing Gasparilla Island State park
with many areas to park along the island. Located just a 15 minute drive, the beaches boast beautiful turquoise waters and white sand excellent for shelling and seeing manatee, dolphins, and sea turtles.
Also 15 minutes away is Englewood beach located on Manasota Key. This area is known for its family friendly atmosphere, delicious eateries, and shark tooth hunting.
The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, a shade awning, cooler, 5 boogie boards, 2 shell sifters, and beach wagon.

Guest Access

Entire house is available for your enjoyment. Check in details will be sent prior to your arrival including a keypad code, which will generally be the last 4 digits of bookers phone number.
