300 ft Waterfront Heated Salt Pool Jacuzzi Sauna Tiki Bar and 50A RV

Welcome to Dolphin Point Retreat, our private waterfront home in Hernando Beach, now welcoming its first vacation guests. Set at the end of a cul-de-sac on a corner lot, the home offers 300 feet of waterfront, direct Gulf access and two floating docks.

Spend your days by the heated saltwater pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna, and enjoy the tiki bar and private sandy waterfront area. The sandy area is beside the home's waterfront; this is not an oceanfront beach. A 50-amp RV hookup adds another distinctive feature.

Guests have three downstairs bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and couch, and a third with two bunk beds. The guest accommodation includes two bathrooms, a kitchen and living spaces, with a maximum of eight guests. The owner's upstairs primary bedroom is locked and is not included in the rental.

With space to gather indoors and outdoors, this home is a setting for a Florida getaway with family or friends. Enjoy the waterfront and watch for wildlife; dolphin sightings are possible but cannot be guaranteed.

The home’s direct Gulf access and two floating docks make the waterfront an important part of the stay. Please ask about suitability for your boat before making arrangements.
