Welcome to our super cute, clean, and cozy beach house on Anastasia Island! This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your St. Augustine beach getaway. The home features a comfortable living room with an amazing large sectional couch, cozy memory foam beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Step outside to enjoy the private fenced-in yard and outdoor patio, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing after a day at the beach, or enjoying time with family and friends. A convenient laundry room is also available for guests.
We've got your beach days covered! Beach gear, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for your convenience, and guests can also enjoy complimentary bikes to explore beautiful Anastasia Island and the surrounding area. All beach equipment and bikes are conveniently located in the garage for easy access.
Please note that one full bathroom is located inside the main house, while the second bathroom is located off the patio in the laundry-room area and is not air-conditioned.
The beach is less than half a mile away, making it easy to walk to the sand and enjoy the beautiful Anastasia Island coastline. Come relax, recharge, and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer from your own cozy beach retreat!

You are welcome to bring your dog with approval, to enjoy Butler Beach which does allow dogs, and is just across A1A f rom our beach house.
