A/C:
To help keep the house cool. Keep the fans running at low speed. This helps circulate the air. Make sure the patio door is not left opened and shades are down when A/C is on.
Do not set the A/C lower 70 degrees. When set below 70 Degrees, the A/C unit will run consecutively and will build ice on the coils. When that happens, you will not have any cool air, and their is nothing an A/C technician can do. You will have to wait until the ice melts from the coil. The thermostat is set at 73 degrees. Please leave it at 72 no lower than 70.
