The Kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances, which include a fridge that has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser—a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, a toaster, a crockpot, a coffeemaker, and much more.
The Main bedroom now has a king-size bed with an extra-top mattress and a new 65-inch smart TV. The Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress at the bottom. Each room has bath towels for you and beach towels for everyone.
There is a Laundry area with a new washer and dryer. Two bikes are in the garage for your use.
Relax on the lovely living room sofa, which features a new 75-inch smart TV. There is Plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and boats. There is a rear patio for evenings with a glass of wine. Grill your food in the backyard, or chill out on the lounge chairs.

The beautiful and peaceful Crystal River offers a wide range of nature activities for the whole family. Crystal River is the only place where it is legal to swim with manatees and one of the few remaining areas where scalloping is permitted in Florida during the summer. With the many spring-fed rivers and miles of mangroves, the Crystal River has the BEST Scalloping grounds in the U.S. Some of the best Scalloping action is usually in 4 to 6 feet of shallow water around Gomez Rocks at Latitude 2829.8 and Longitude 8243.7
Dunnellon, FL, is only a 20-minute drive away, where you can go tubing down the Rainbow River and visit the Rainbow Springs State Park. Dunnellon has several local Restaurants on the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River. The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park is just 20 minutes away.
