This beautifully updated unit features bright, beach-inspired furnishings and décor throughout, giving the space a fresh, airy, and welcoming feel. Located in a small, quiet building, you’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with minimal neighbors, stunning ocean views, and private spiral staircase access to a heated pool. The additional private elevator with keyed access opens directly to your patio door, making it incredibly convenient to bring in groceries, luggage, and all your beach essentials right to your door.

The condo features a spacious and comfortable layout designed for a relaxing beach stay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with tv and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers one queen bed and twin bed, making it perfect for families or additional guests. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware for your convenience and features upgraded modern beachy vibes. The inviting living room includes a sleeper sofa, and beautiful ocean views, with sliding glass doors that open directly to the balcony. For added convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (keyed private elevator or 1 flight of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted

City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.

Area Information

Spend your days walking miles of the beach or relax at our pool. Later you can walk to some of the finest restaurants in the area. Right around our condo within walking distance are our favorite seafood choices...PJ/s, Crabby Bills, Guppy's and fun night life and live entertainment with dancing on the weekends at JD's. Or take the trolley to award winning Clearwater Beach or visit the Clearwater Aquarium. Walking gulf blvd you will run into many shops to spend time at or perhaps take the trolley south to John's Pass for shopping, water sports, great waterfront dining, deep sea fishing tours, and themed pirate adventures. You can even rent a boat, wave runners, kayaks, bicycles, and mopeds in Indian Rocks Beach.
