It is in a "boutique" condo building with four floors, 12 total units, mainly full time residents, secure entry and covered secured parking. We have a large gulf front balcony ideal for sunset viewing and gulf breezes. Walk across the private large deck with chairs and umbrellas and heated pool, down four steps to the beach.
We spent months canvassing property along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater to 90 minutes south, and Redington Beach had by far the best vibe and quietest, coolest beaches.
When indoors enjoy the TVs, games, new furniture and remodeled kitchen and wet bar. Going out? We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. Walk to numerous restaurants and bars, dog park, and park across the street with kids playground, tennis, pickle ball and b-ball. Abundant convenient shopping and minutes to the attractions of Tampa and St. Pete.
As noted, Redington Beach has the nicest beach vibe of the Gulf Coast. Mainly private residences, quiet roomy beaches and walkable streets. Great for a family vacation or a month abroad. Not for you if you are looking for the souvenir stores, ice cream shops and tattoo parlors of many vacation destinations.

Minimum age to rent 25. Renter must be present at all times.
This boutique condo only allows one renter per month. Thus 2 week minimum. Third and fourth weeks are discounted if renting a full month. Further discount if renting multiple months.
10% non refundable deposit due at reservation. Full non-refundable fee due 60 days prior to reservation. As this is a new listing, this is waived for the next 90 days (all of 2026).
$500 refundable security deposit due 60 days prior to visit. This is fully refundable expect for major damage or loss or smoke/vape damage. No pets allowed, no smoking in condo or common areas.
