Welcome to Latitude 26, a waterfront retreat by Latitude Escapes, thoughtfully designed for a relaxing Southwest Florida getaway. The home features three king bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee bar.

Outside, enjoy the heated pool and spa, relax at the waterfront tiki bar, or cook on the Big Green Egg or flat-top griddle. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards with life jackets are available for exploring the surrounding waterways. Guests may tie up their own boat at the dock during their stay; the boat and boat lift are not included.

Garage parking is unavailable, but guests may access the commercial ice machine inside the garage.

Latitude 26 is tucked into Matlacha Isles, a quiet waterfront community between Cape Coral and Pine Island. Nearby Matlacha is known for its colorful art galleries, local shops, seafood restaurants, and Old Florida fishing-village charm. Pine Island is a favorite for boating, fishing, and paddling, while Cape Coral and Fort Myers offer more dining, shopping, and mainland attractions. For a memorable day trip, guests can reach Cayo Costa State Park by boat or kayak and explore its undeveloped shoreline.
