Welcome to your new happy place—a peaceful, updated ground-floor condo with beautiful views of the pool, hot tub, and Boca Ciega Bay beyond. Start your mornings on the private patio as the sun rises through the palm trees, and keep an eye out for the occasional dolphin!
Designed for comfortable extended stays, the condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, dresser, bedside tables and a small desk for work or managing things back home. The guest bedroom offers a double bed and bunk beds—perfect for visiting family or friends. Two dining areas provide plenty of space for meals, puzzles, or working remotely.
Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated covered parking space, easy grocery and luggage unloading, and direct ground-floor access—no stairs or elevators required. Room-darkening shades make sleeping in easy, too.
Step outside your back door to the tranquil pool and hot tub, open into the evening. This secure, welcoming community also offers aqua aerobics, an exercise room, laundry facilities, and a lending library stocked with books for the beach (there are also some books you are welcome to read in the condo!).
When you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from walking trails, coffee, golf, tennis, and some of the area’s best beaches. Watch the sunset at Pass-a-Grille, collect shells or rent a kayak at Fort De Soto, or spend the afternoon on St. Pete Beach. Tierra Verde Marina is only five minutes away for Jet Ski rentals, and dolphin or sunset cruises depart nearby. There is an HOA fishing pier as well if that's your favorite past time. We'd be happy to share our fave restaurants with you as well.
Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided—just bring your sunscreen! Downtown St. Petersburg, the Pier, Tampa attractions, and sporting events are all within an easy drive. The convenient St. Pete–Clearwater airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away.
Whether you’re here for a work assignment (wifi provided), an extended getaway, or a warm winter escape, this is an easy place to settle in, slow down, and feel at home. Some call it paradise. We simply call it our happy place—and we think you will, too.
Unique Benefits
The view is what made us fall in love with this location. The pool open late, the birds walking by, the sound of the palm trees, the sunrises, the quiet environment really helps you relax, not a party destination. The separated bedrooms also was key for when guests come. The private bathroom and the two spots to eat all made us instantly say, yes, this is the one!
This location is absolutely serene and not in the middle of all the traffic or chaos, yet amazingly close to St Petersburg pier and downtown, both Pass A Grille & St Pete Beach dining and sunsets, all of the Gulf Blvd restaurants and beaches, Fort De Soto national park with public white sand beaches and plenty of parking with umbrella or lounge chair rentals, the Marina & Boca Ciega Bay, Tampa, clearwater airport (PIE), and Gulf Port are all nearby for shopping or restaurants, Tierra Verde area with glass bottom kayak rentals and plenty of evening, dolphin or other boat tours. Truly plenty of places to explore, you'll run out of time!
Bring your bikes for longer stays and bike to Fort De Soto, or walk to Addicted to the Bean coffee shop in the morning (exercise and caffeine fix all in one!), have a drink or explore, live music within walking distance at sports bar and restaurant The Deck Bar & Grill, specialty grocery nearby on Isla Del Sol at the Bayway Country Store & Butcher shop, Sushi Rock Grill or nearby Subway for quick eats. Walk down and fish at the HOA managed dock or under the Delgado bridge on Pinellas bayway. Swing through the Don Cesar hotel lobby with nearby shops/restaurants.
Cafe Soleil on Gulf Port is an absolute favorite for brunch (pan au chocolat sil vous plait), or the Italian La Casa Del Pane (try the Sfogliatella pastry with citrus and ricotta!), our pizza spot is DuRusso's on Tierra Verde. It's always our first night in town meal and the garlic knots are worth every chewy bite! For Seafood - Shrimpy's Waterfront near Treasure Island or Red, White and Booze outdoor seating near Pass a Grille. Fresco's Waterfront Bistro in St Petersburg. The Getaway is a short drive and worth it just for the food and drink presentation with fresh flowers. View is great, outdoor vibe is relaxing!
There is a nice almost 3 mile walk out the front door, cross walk at Pinellas Bayway onto Bahia del Mar Blvd and underneath the Pinellas bridge to Sun blvd on the golf trail. On the tail end of the walk you can grab a coffee or drink at the Addicted to the Bean shop. Short drive away that you will not regret... The Getaway on Gandy Blvd right before the bridge to Tampa. Food presentation is topnotch with fresh flowers on your plate on in your drink (outdoor seating so nature is a bit much, ok the birds are a bit much sometimes) and the dolphins like this area too! The Don Cesar is a fun visit or meal (walkability), and Corey Ave further north on Gulf has an option for a casual stroll on the Sunday street market for veggies, live music or gifts. Tiki Docks Skyway can adapt easily to a big group and has fun drinks.

No, it is a seawall just beyond the pool and hot tub area. Beyond that is the Bay. You can see the Sunshine Skyway bridge off in the distance on clear days that heads to Bradenton or Sarasota area. Pass A Grille Beach, Fort De Soto and St Pete Beach are all the beach spots we enjoy for different reasons for each one in what they have to offer!
No, there is a security team on site making rounds and checking parking lots and pool, etc. So everyone must have a pool tag to be in the pool.
No. The HOA does not allow less than one month rental stays. That is what keeps the area so quiet and well kept as the turnover for rentals is not high.
