The space
This family friendly resort has several amenities that are sure to keep any guest entertained and relaxed during their stay. There is a seasonally heated swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool just steps from the elevator. The pools are at the base of the beach and have beautiful views from the lounging area. There is a pavilion picnic area that offers communal charcoal grills and picnic tables with room for several to share the space.
The grounds are equipped with Volleyball, shuffleboard, corn hole, and a basketball court.

Located within walking distance to St. Andrew's State Park, where there is an activity and adventure for everyone!

There are several local eateries to get your fix of fresh seafood, great steaks, and live music. Schooners, Patches Pub, Triple J's Steakhouse, Capt. Anderson's and The Grand Marlin are just some of the best of Lower Grand Lagoon.

The cozy, yet stylish living room has a comfy couch and two accent chairs. The blue hues and decor definitely encompass the feels of the beach... and seamlessly flow straight out to the large balcony overlooking the crystal white sands and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
The bright kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to prepare their own delicious meals. The large dining table has capacity to seat 6 comfortably or choose to dine al fresco on the balcony. There are 4 tall boy chairs with a small table between them and a low top table with 2 chairs. The balcony is the best for viewing the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see.

The master bedroom is a dream! Offering a King Size bed complete with beautiful bedding and cozy sheets/mattress, you're sure to have a great nights sleep here.
Wake up everyday to gorgeous sweeping views of the gulf from your bed. This room includes an en suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, comfy bedding and mattresses.

There are smart tvs in the living room and both bedrooms for those family movie nights or downtime inside the condo.

Area Information

Stay on the Quiet Side of Panama City Beach

The Commodore is located on the desirable east end of Panama City Beach along Thomas Drive, offering a more relaxed, residential feel while still keeping you close to everything the area has to offer.

Just down the road is beautiful St. Andrews State Park, one of the area's favorite places for walking, biking, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, wildlife watching, or simply spending the day along the Gulf. The park also provides access to Shell Island and some of the most beautiful water and beaches in the Panama City Beach area.

You won't have to travel far for great local dining either. The Thomas Drive and Grand Lagoon area is home to some of Panama City Beach's best-known restaurants, seafood spots, marinas, and waterfront hangouts. Spend the afternoon fishing, take a dolphin or boating excursion, enjoy dinner overlooking the water, or simply relax on the beach just steps from the condo.

For our winter guests, the location is especially convenient for an extended stay. Grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, golf, restaurants, medical services, and everyday necessities are all within an easy drive, while the quieter east-end location lets you avoid much of the traffic and activity found in the busier sections of Panama City Beach.
