The villa features 2 bedrooms plus a den with a pull-out sofa, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a 2-car garage. It sleeps up to 6. Relax on the private screened lanai overlooking the lake, with a grill available for outdoor dining.

A golf cart, Wi-Fi, utilities, and lawn care are included, making your seasonal stay comfortable and convenient.

Enjoy resort and lap pools, a fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and clubhouse activities, subject to HOA approval and amenity access. Panther Run Golf Club is within the community; golf fees are additional. Publix, restaurants, and Ave Maria Town Center are nearby.

Minimum stay: 30 days. Savings may be available for stays of 2–6 months. At least one occupant must be age 55 or older. Renters insurance is required before occupancy.
