Inside Scoop

- Square Grouper doesn't take reservations. Get in line before the 5pm opening, or wait upstairs in the adults-only Sunset Lounge.
- Plan steak night for later in the week: Flagler Station doesn't serve dinner Mondays or Tuesdays.
- Square Grouper takes an annual break from early September to early October, so pick another celebration spot if you're visiting then.
- Stop at Pinecrest Bakery in Key Largo on the drive down and arrive with breakfast for the whole house.
- Paddle out to the Sandbar on a weekday for calm water, and save weekends for the boat party.
- Leave the car at home at night: Freebee's free electric rides get you to dinner and back.
