The Seychelles condominium is located at the Southern end of the city of Daytona Beach Shores and is one of only a handful of condominiums on the traffic free section of beach. Great for walking, biking, surf fishing, or just setting up camp for the day and enjoying the waves, sun and sand. Since January 2025 nearly $4M has been put into ensuring it remains a first-rate experience for owners and guests alike.
There is secure underground parking for vehicles up to 6'8" in height as well as additional parking in front of the building for vehicles up to 10,000 lbs.

The layout of this end unit with the kitchen forward and across from the living room adds to the spacious feel and allows everyone to interact. The kitchen has direct balcony access and great views. Most 2BR condos have the kitchen at the rear of the unit with no real view and the living room at the front looking away toward what IS the view.
Why Kids Love It
The non-driving beach is so nice. Activity but not overcrowded and no worries about cars. Setup camp for the day wherever you want. The pool is great and the deck is large and offers umbrellas and a mix of sun and shade.
There are plenty of great local restaurants including both ocean and intercoastal waterway waterfront dining options, and many area attractions within a short drive. Ponce Inlet is definitely worth visiting but stay in the Shores as it's a bit of a drive to get to anything from Ponce.
Down the Hatch in Ponce Inlet is a great place to eat on the intercoastal.
We have several boogie boards, beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas guests are free to use. We're working to provide a couple of beach cruiser bicycles as well. Normal linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
