SOUTH FACING POOL ON LAKE

This 4/3 private pool home is a guest favorite. Depending on the make-up of the guests, couples or individuals can have use of their own bathroom! Home backs to lake with tremendous views. Lots of birds, turtles and, being in Florida, an occasional alligator. Home is fully carpeted with tile in the wet areas. All bathrooms have tub and main bathroom is tub and separate shower. Fully furnished including towels, linens, cookware; beach chairs, drying racks. Owner lives in community and passes by the home several times a day if there are any issues they can be handled quickly - usually. Close to everything with Walmart being less than 10 minutes for all your last minutes needs. Sam's Club is 20 minutes. Universal: 30 minutes; Sea World: 25 minutes; Disney entrance is 17 minutes onto the property. Guests like to visit Old Town/Fun spot especially on Saturday night for the car cruise.
