To keep the space comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines:

Smoke-free: The entire property is non-smoking
Pets: We're unable to host pets, as the host has a medical condition
Gatherings: Parties and events aren't permitted, and grilling or barbecuing isn't allowed on the property
Guest age: The primary guest must be 25 or older
Verification: We'll ask for a photo ID for all adults before sending your door code
Parking
There is no on-site parking at the property
Street parking is available (metered by the hour)
City parking permits are available for $110/month for metered or designated spots
Please avoid parking on the property, as unauthorized vehicles are subject to a $100 daily fee and towing at the owner's expense
Good news: most restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, so you may not need your car much.
