The house comes with the two car garage and a driveway, which can park up to four vehicle vehicles, with street parking in front of the house. The best way to get around is with a vehicle, a golf cart, bicycles, or rideshare companies are readily available in the area. Indian rocks Beach is a five minute drive from the house, a 15 minute drive to Clearwater, and Gulfshore Boulevard and all Beach access from the house to Saint Pete is about a 20 minute drive..
GETTING AROUND
A car is the most convenient way to explore the area Uber and Lyft are widely available for nights out in Downtown St. Pete, Clearwater, or Dunedin. Indian Rocks Beach is just 5 minutes away; Clearwater Beach is about 15 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 35 minutes away; St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE) is about 20 minutes away.
