The home is just a short walk from a lovely neighborhood park and minutes from world-class Gulf Coast beaches. Madeira Beach is 10 miles away; St. Pete Beach, one of Florida’s most beloved white-sand shores, is just 5 miles. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, a hub for seafood dining and water sports, is 10 miles. The broader St. Petersburg area offers world-class culture - the Dalí Museum, the Chihuly Collection, Sunken Gardens - plus a thriving food scene, craft breweries, waterfront parks, and year-round warm weather. GETTING AROUND
A car is the most convenient way to explore the area - the garage and driveway offer parking for up to 3 vehicles, with additional street parking across the street. Uber and Lyft are widely available for nights out in Downtown St. Pete, Gulfport, or John’s Pass. Madeira Beach is a 15-minute drive; St. Pete Beach is about 10 minutes. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 25–30 minutes away; St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE) is about 20 minutes away.

The garage accommodates one vehicle, and the driveway fits two more. Street parking is available just across the street.

TROPICAL SETTING
As a true Florida home, you may occasionally encounter tropical wildlife such as geckos, lizards, or frogs. Their presence is completely normal in this environment and is outside our control - they’re harmless neighbors!

This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, drug-free property. Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $500 charge.
POOL HEATING
The pool is heated from October to February for an additional charge. Please ask us about current rates when booking.
LATE CHECKOUT
