Step into your private Florida backyard paradise. The crystal-clear heated pool (available October through February for an extra charge) glistens under the sun, surrounded by lush tropical plants and palm trees. Comfortable lounge chairs, pool towels, and fun pool toys are provided. The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and space - perfect for yard games, get togethers, or just floating the afternoon away.
As evening sets in, gather around the fire pit under the stars. The warm glow creates the perfect setting for s’mores, stories, and the kind of memories that bring people back year after year.

THE KITCHEN
A charming kitchen full of personality - turtle-themed accents, ceramic figurines, and patterned dish towels give it a playful, beachy feel. Fully equipped with all-new appliances and everything a group needs. A stocked coffee bar with gourmet K-cup pods, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia starts every morning right. The home is just a short walk from a lovely neighborhood park and minutes from world-class Gulf Coast beaches. Madeira Beach is 10 miles away; St. Pete Beach, one of Florida’s most beloved white-sand shores, is just 5 miles. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, a hub for seafood dining and water sports, is 10 miles. The broader St. Petersburg area offers world-class culture - the Dalí Museum, the Chihuly Collection, Sunken Gardens - plus a thriving food scene, craft breweries, waterfront parks, and year-round warm weather. Close to everything, quiet when you want it.

GETTING AROUND
A car is the most convenient way to explore the area - the garage and driveway offer parking for up to 3 vehicles, with additional street parking across the street. Uber and Lyft are widely available for nights out in Downtown St. Pete, Gulfport, or John’s Pass. Madeira Beach is a 15-minute drive; St. Pete Beach is about 10 minutes. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 25–30 minutes away; St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE) is about 20 minutes away.

PARKING
The garage accommodates one vehicle, and the driveway fits two more. Street parking is available just across the street.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Events and gatherings are warmly limited to registered and invited guests with prior approval to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for all.

TROPICAL SETTING
As a true Florida home, you may occasionally encounter tropical wildlife such as geckos, lizards, or frogs. Their presence is completely normal in this environment and is outside our control - they’re harmless neighbors!

NO SMOKING
This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, drug-free property. Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $500 charge.

POOL HEATING
The pool is heated from October to February for an additional charge. Please ask us about current rates when booking.

LATE CHECKOUT
Check-out time must be strictly observed. Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a penalty fee.
