RhondaThis is the second time we have stayed here. Condo is everything we could ask for, except it is across from the beach. However, the view is at an angel and you can see beautiful sunset from the balcony. Pool and hot tub area is really nice. The place really is in a great location, condo is beautiful with plenty of room, and balcony view is great. Communication and check-in super easy. We will defiantly stay again.

MikeVery comfortable condo in a great location. Beds were good, loved all the big screen TV's, and had multiple options for coffee and tea brewing. Also have plenty of beds, including the "hide-a-bed" sofa and love seat. Valeriya was very helpful and communicated often. Would stay here again 100%.

LoriPositive: The communication with the host was quick and accommodating. The location was great with the pier and beach right there. We ran the PCB Marathon and this location was less than 1/2 mile from the start/finish line, perfect for race day. Loved our stay.

KellyOverall stay was great! Host was very responsive, small issue with a breaker and she responded immediately and advised us how to reset. Condo had everything we needed. Bedding could use a refresh and couches are not comfortable but functional. Beds were firm but that’s a personal preference. Tower III is a bit of a walk to the beach, about five minutes down to the sky bridge on level 3 then back down to 1 for beach access. The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that come with the room are what sold me on this condo. So worth it. The pool and cabana area at Tower III is great! Big pool, clean. We rented a cabana one day ($79 Mon-Thurs $109 Fri- Sun) and it was so nice to have our own space with a TV for our pool day. Elevators were really good and prompt, I know this is an issue with other resorts. Parking was fantastic, always an available space close to elevators. Location is also amazing, being able to walk to Pier Park was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this condo.

James M.Overall the property was super nice. The only suggestion I have is a new shower curtain in the hall bath. It literally drove us crazy lol. You would close it and within minutes it would be open on one end or the other and sometimes would be open on both sides I think it was just a little small.

McKennaWe had a great stay overall. Val was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our only minor inconvenience was the limited supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. While this was mentioned in the listing, it was still a bit inconvenient for our group.We were also a bit misled by the photos, which made it seem like there were two separate twin beds in addition to a trundle bed. In reality, it was just the trundle, which was disappointing.Despite those issues, it was still a positive experience overall.

MaryTower III- 1602 is exactly how it was described and pictured. We had an amazing trip with beautiful views, amenities readily available, and within great proximity to restaurants and Pier Park. My teen had a great time at the pool, and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas every day. This is a place I will recommend and will likely reserve in the future. RussellAbsolutely love this place, beautiful views, walking distance to pier and pier park. Other than a trip to get some stuff for fridge, we never had to use any vehicles. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need, and the AC was set at 66 when we arrived so the condo was comfortable from the start!

Negative: Extra towels would be great, i don't use just one face towel or body towel for my baths, I use a clean towel nightly. So we did go and purchase more tpowesl.

MisgledyWe speed just the weekend and we love it. Very spacious place, beautiful and clean. The ocean view from the balcony amazing 😍. I communicated a couple of times with Valeriya and she always responded weakly and was friendly. The beach was across the street, and restaurants, places to shop, and for the kids to have fun very close, walkable. I wish the check in were earlier and the check out later , but we still love it. We definitely will be back, and for more than a weekend 😀 .

SierraFrom the time we walked into the condo we felt at home. Anything we needed was accessible in the condo or down at the HU Positive: Property was in the best location for food, shopping, and activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious and clean. Negative: Wish there were more beach chairs that you could use with the big family other than just 2.

JoEtta L.We selected this condo because it would fit our family of 7, though only 6 of us actually came. The condo is spacious with three separate rooms and two bathrooms. We generally showered one right after the other and never had cold showers. The condo has everything you need to dine in (plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. The teens and my husband loved the ninja blender and keurig. Plenty of towels and starter supplies.The balcony views were amazing with excellent views of the sunset over the sparkling ocean.The centralized location made it easy to access Pier Park and we were very close to Walmart and target.Make sure you wear the provided bracelets to access the pool. They will kick you out if you don’t wear it. Also, no drinks in the pool regardless of what it is (even a capped bottle of water). I believe the listing said the room came with beach chairs and umbrella but we didn’t find info on how to access this in the condo, nor did we ask about it. Make sure you ask the owner if you would like to use those amenities.Overall the stay was amazing and we would definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you!

StephenValeriya’s property was fantastic in every way. Easy to find, parking was straightforward with plenty of available spaces and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was packed with shops and places to eat. We loved being able to relax in the pool, hangout at the beach or nap in our room when we needed a break from the sun. All in all, I highly recommend this rental!

Nicholas B.This was a great condo and it had everything we needed. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable so we slept well. The pools were well maintained and so large that it never felt crowded. This is close to everything. Great food and shopping within a few minutes walking or even faster driving.
