I really enjoyed my stay. This place had plenty of room for my family. It was so clean and the balcony view was the best part of my stay. I hope we can come back next year.

Such an incredible vacation! The place was almost directly above the boardwalk so hopping off the elevator and accessing both the room & beach was extremely easy. Valeriya was very responsive & any questions we had were answered immediately. We brought 4 kids under the age of 5 so safety was top priority & the place could not have been more perfect for our group. Between the location, amenities & kindness of the host, we will definitely be staying here again.

Our room had mold in both bathrooms, the mold guy came and said he couldn’t believe they even rented the room out because of so much mold. It was all over the ceiling and in vents in the bathroom. They wanted us to leave the room for at least 5 hours so they could clean and didn’t have another room for us. We’ve stayed at Majestic resort for several years, this year was different, the people were rude and very strict on the little things. We will not be back here anymore!!

The location was great, and the views were amazing. Communication was excellent. The living room and Master bedroom were clean, but the sheets in the 2 guest bedrooms did not seem to have been laundered prior to our arrival. Hair and make-up were found on the sheets and pillow cases. We did have to end up purchasing more of our own toilet paper and paper towels while we were there. A few updates to the condo would do wonders!

I would definitely recommend this spot if we go back. It felt like home! Super clean and spacious with great view of ocean. My kids love it and having privacy with alot of amenities was great. Host is very responsive so when seeking a spot definitely suggest this one.

My family of 4 adults and 3 teenagers had a great stay Val’s place. We had enough room to spread out or hang out together. The Master bedroom had a King bed with a walk through to the bathroom that everyone used because it had a great walk-in shower that was huge and had amazing water pressure. The other rooms were small but adequate for the need. Kitchen had room for 2 adults to cook together. Living room had a nice couch, big chair and 2 smaller chairs for us to use so we all could sit together. My favorite part of the hotle was that the room is steps from the elevator and trash chute on the top and then when you are on the ground floor the elevator is steps from the outdoor pool, hot tub and beach. I loved that the pool was not in front of the hotel rooms but to the sides so when you looked out of the 5th floor balcony you can see the beach perfectly. The outside balcony had 2 rocking chairs that we loved and I think 2 more chairs with side tables. Plenty of room for 4-5 of us.

Overall we had a great time and great experience. The pictures listed are great pictures but they make the commons space of the condo look huge compared to what they are. I believe there is a pull out couch but there really isn’t room for more than 5 people in the condo (even though it sleeps 7). We also had an issue where the keypad for the door stopped working due to the battery slipping or going dead, luckily this was mid day and not super late at night but the owners handles it very well and got the issue resolved within the hour so we were very pleased with the communication. The bar and grill that is located on site was a great option for lunch one day and there are a ton of pools. Parking in the parking deck is tight and limited but nothing we didn’t expect to happen for a holiday weekend. Overall it was a great experience, spotless bedding, huge master bathroom, great communication. We would stay again now knowing the expectations of the size of the room.

The looks on my boys' faces were epic. I absolutely loved the panoramic views of the ocean,from the comfort of my king bed. The beachfront location is well worth it,with several attractions.
