JorgeEl lugar está muy bonito se siente uno como en casa amplio me gusta el concepto abierto de sala comedor cocina excelente vista del balcón está bien ubicado buenos restaurantes en la zona para comer y si te gusta los deportes y juegos hay varios lugares n el área hay mucho para disfrutar la verdad la recomiendo al 100

JonathanWe had a awesome stay and Valeriya was very helpful and responsive! Nice place! Very vlose and east access to the beach and also very quiest! We had a absolute blast and would/will use Valeriya as a host again! Our only real complaint was the door going out to the pool was broken and didnt have a shock and the wind blowing the door closed was VERY DANGEROUS! That should be fixed ASAP before a kid or somebody gets badly hurt! This wasn't on the host though but whoever maintains the building!

PhillipValeriya was always responsive and willing to help with any issues that we had, she was awesome. We will probably stay there again, if condo is open when we are able to go. The only real issue we had, it appeared that the cleaning crew only spot swept the floor and did not mop it. When we arrived to the room and unloading everything, we kicked our shoes off and our feet were black within the hour. Other than that, our stay was great!!!!

RuthPositive: The beach access Negative: The smell coming from the room next to the elevator on 12th floor the bed wasn't comfortable and the furniture was old and nasty the house cleaner doesn't do a very good job of cleaning. And there was missing pieces of concrete and could see the rebar on the balcony scared me and a big hole next to swimming pool

JodyWe loved our stay at Valeriya’s Kiwi Condo. It was exactly as described and maybe even better. We’ve stayed at many places on the Emerald Coast in the past several years as part of our “get out of our cold north state for a month” and Val’s place was probably the best place we’ve stayed. We especially enjoyed the large space. The beach front master bedroom was amazing!! The bed was comfy and listening to the waves as we slept was good for the soul. The large balcony is a plus. Being there for a month we appreciated the amenities provided so we could prepare any of our meals. Val was very responsive and gets things done! There are lots of great restaurants in the area and many that are within walking distance. If you are thinking about staying in Panama City Beach you have to book this place. The price vs. the space is steal compared to other places we’ve stayed. It will not disappoint. Oh, did I mention the condo was clean and so was the rest of the property!! We will be back!!

RogerThis place is a great condo, The host was fantastic and very knowledgeable about her unit. There were beach chairs, toys and really nice view . The downside which the host could not control was the heated pool was not heated. There were 4 other guest that said the same thing. The Host was great and the place was in good shape

WhitneyThe condo was great! Easy to check in, great pool and beach area, walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking wasn’t bad either. My only negative was the gas grills and the vending machines were out of order when we went, but that was more of a building issue. We’d definitely stay again!
