Unique Benefits

This area of Florida is very special to me, as I grew up on this beach. My mother lived on the beach and we have had many special moments here. It’s nice to visit New Smyrna Beach, because unlike Daytona Beach, there are less tourists and crowds. This is a very common place for local Florida residents to visit, as it’s a bit more relaxed and quiet…. And I am very pleased to say that every single guest since I purchased this condo in 2021 has provided a 5 STAR review. Also to note, the restaurants are fantastic in NSB!!!

Area Information

You will find your bedroom is spacious with a super comfy King-Sized bed. I have received lots of compliments on the comfort of the bed. You also have a separate full sink and vanity, in addition to a full bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Also there is a lovely Nespresso machine that makes the best coffee!
The beach is just down the stairs or an elevator ride away… we have our own private gate access!

Unfortunately, though we are pet friendly, pets are not permitted at this Castle Reef condo due to management rules.
There is NO SMOKING permitted at this condo, nor on the balcony. The beach or the designated smoking area is the only place to smoke.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

If you go out the front of the condo and turn left, you can drive a few miles down to the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. It’s a $20 entry fee, but it’s good for a week. Super nice beach access and also access to the riverside. Lots of nice hiking and nature!

Favorite Places To Eat

There is a fabulous restaurant right across the street in the plaza, it’s called “Bakers Table”… make reservations or you might not get in. The brunch is fabulous also
Also, one of my favorites in town on Flagler is “Third Wave”… also good to have reservations, but not always necessary. Fantastic food and atmosphere also!

If you walk out to the beach and head north, about a 15 minute walk, you will find Chase’s on the Beach. They have a pool and a fun beach bar with music and good food.

To the left out of the condo, drive down to about 1.5 miles before the Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park entrance and on your right side you will find JB’s Fish Camp, a fixture in New Smyrna Beach for roughly four decades, starting as a property and humble bait shack bought in the 1970s before officially expanding and taking on the name "JB's Fish Camp" by 1987. A fantastic relaxed seafood restaurant, waterfront and nestled between the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, guests can arrive either by car or boat.
