Located in Wellen Park, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy some of the best of Southwest Florida. Downtown Wellen is just minutes away and has quickly become a favorite gathering place for dining, shopping, live music, farmers markets, community events, and evenings around the lake.

Spend the day exploring historic Downtown Venice, with its charming boutiques, restaurants, cafés and beautiful palm-lined streets that lead straight toward the Gulf. Venice is also known for its beaches, fishing pier, biking trails and famous shark-tooth hunting.
